    I have to say, I'm still in month one with about 10 more days until getting into the month two track, I am already absolutely overjoyed with the experiences I've had and the changes in my life and in my thinking that I am already having. I think far less emotionally, I react to issues much less than before and I'm finding myself able to process incoming information and stimuli far more objectively. I am amazed at the effectiveness of this program up to this point... I think what is more exciting to me is that this is only the first step in the program! I cannot imagine how I am going to function and feel by the 8th month of a program like this... What I mean is, If steady improvements continue at this kind of rate progressively over 8 months..... I will not be the same person as far as how I think, feel, and act. Period. I am astonished at this point...

    I too felt almost immediate effects of listening to the program. I am much calmer in all circumstances, whether it's on my busy commute to work, or indeed challenges arising at work, I seem to be dealing with them in a more measured less emotional way. It feels good. Strangely, it also seems that people are interacting with me in a friendlier and more personal way, whether it's people at work who are just 'occasional' acquaintances seem to stop and want to have a meaningful conversation, and even people who are in my department (which is a competitive sales environment) who are more usually acting in the manner of rivals, they too are speaking to me in a more conciliatory and collaborative way. Even the briefest interaction with a shop assistant cashiers is more friendly and warmer for both me and them.... I'm not silly, so all theses changes must be coming from me... My body language, deportment, facial expression, eyes, pattern of speech etc etc.. But it's like a magical effect and I'm appreciating it. I've been doing this program for about 10 days now, and I felt a little dip in the effect around day 7 or 8, but this may have been me becoming accustomed to the effect and taking it for granted. However, I feel these ups and downs are part of life and part of the journey. Im confident that the program is very much working. For example, I have a monthly golf lesson, (which was yesterday) and my instructor said I appeared to be much calmer and focused and relaxed and as a consequence he said he it was the biggest improvement he had seen in me over the last 10 months.... (So yes, I did tell him about the program :-) ) I can't find the journal, even tho I've received email from brainwave-support-institute suggesting I use it! Never mind, this comment for me is effectively my journal so far... And if other ppl see it and it resonates with them, well, so much the better! By the way, does anyone know if it's possible to overuse the program? Are there any negative side effects? I do hope not, because I am listening to the step one program sometimes up to 4 or 5 times a day, eg on my commute to and from work, on my lunchtime walk, and first thing in the mornings, and the other tracks in the background all day at home. Please let me know! Thanks :-)

    Just did my first audio session and the only thing I can think about it fear. I don't know what it is anymore. It is as if my brain reprogrammed itself and lost the meaning of fear. I no longer care about what others think about me. I don't fear making rational decisions for myself. I don't fear rejection. Wow.

    Almost one full month and I must say, I am amazed. I am aware of my existence, if that makes sense. I feel myself thinking automatically and I am able to observe it. When negative thoughts appear, I am prepared to counteract them. This is very hard because it allows you to realize how negative you can be, which is very scary because you are now able to observe yourself think negatively but it feels like you aren't putting the thoughts there yourself; so for me, I began to correct my mind and teach it another way. My health has significantly increased as well, in fact I have started fasting and I am upset that I didn't start it sooner. My ability to solve problems has increased as well. I also used to smoke marijuana moderately and within a few weeks of this program I lost the desire to light one all together. Listen I can go on and on about this program. I will definitely be continuing my membership. I contribute all the above to this program; along with the teachings of Wayne Dyer. Peaceeee

    Well hello there all.  I am now up to month 5 just started and my whole life in the way I think and how calm I am when choosing to react to any given situation is amazing given how I used to be.  I am so pleased with the whole program that I for one will be using this program for the rest of my life which I hope is a long time to come with the help of The Brainwave Institute   Les

    Hi, i am just starting and need to know,that if i am still taking a sleeping tablet at night can i still listen to the binaurals, I will try to take a little less each night as have been on them for 20 years so will have to do it slowly, i have mangaged to stop with the Serdep antidepressants and am so scared to go back to what i was, but have not been able to chuck the sleeping tabs yet as even with them i do not sleep for more than 3 hours, sometimes longer. Dont know when last i had an 8 hour sleep.i just think of too many things worrying me even more at night. i am so hoping that listening to these binaurals will change my life for the better. I appreciate the free download. Many thanks

    Dear Maria,

    the brain waves will not interfere with the sleeping pills but they will numb your brain, which will not be so receptive to the frequencies as it would be without the pills. 

    Gradually giving them up is a great idea and hopefully you managed to do that by bow, as InnaPeace has a deeply relaxing effect which should help your sleep very much.

    Hi Stephen,

    there are no limits of time and space to listen to the InnaPeace tracks. The frequencies this audio technology is using are perfectly natural for the brain and they cannot be harmful in any way, shape, form or quantity.

    The online journal that we offer is available stating with step 2 of the program, in the members area where you will notice a new tab `My Journal`.
